Reader, it’s time to share some exciting news with you. I’ve accepted a publishing contract for my novel, A Tale of Two Glass Towns. There are a few references to our beloved Brontës in there (of course), but there is also so much more. I do hope that you’ll share my journey to publication and beyond. The mock up below is my own and it will certainly not look like this . I’m not sure whether I’m allowed share anything else at this stage. I hope to be able to share my story with you all soon. Thank you for reading my blog and giving me confidence in my words!
In Loving Memory of Bob the Bichon (2007-2019)
A lover of life, the Brontës, and Haworth who knows that I’m just going to write because I can’t help it.
By Nicola F. a.k.a. The Brontë Babe.
Thanks for reading. I’d love it if you stopped by The Journal of Juvenilia Studies where you can read my essay, “Autobiography, Wish-Fulfilment, and Juvenilia. The ‘Fractured Self’ in Charlotte Brontë’s Paracosmic Counterworld”.
Please do not copy, share, or use the images from this post without seeking permission first.
Wishing you a free-flowing pen B.Babe, but if touching the Brontes do touch on how and when they met some of their most endearing and influential friends (all stuff disciples of A B-N prefer not to talk about). After Bolton Abbey summer ’33, their social window blew open Leeds 1834. xjam
